Maxma's latest discovery for dealing with the problem of emission reduction revolves around the release of latent energy found in all fuel. To the degree that any fuel is not burned completely in the combustion chamber of an engine, energy is wasted. Maxma's discovery consists of taking advantage of this latent energy and converting it to more usable energy, hence better mileage.
This same energy when left unburned converts to harmful emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx), hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO), or other toxins. These are the same emissions the catalytic converter is designed to prevent, however the catalytic converter does not turn them into energy. All engines with and without converters increase emissions as they age.
